Transmit SMS allows you to suppress URL Parameters for use with our Tracked Link feature.
Using Transmit SMS Tracked Link feature, the resolved URL automatically has custom data (on the contact) added as query string parameters.
If you turn off this setting, custom data fields will not be added to the resolved URL - only the recipient's mobile number and the message ID will be included so that link-hit tracking can be carried out.
Below are steps for turning on/off this feature:
1. Navigate to SETTINGS in your account and scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
2. Under Track Link Settings , you can find Add Custom Data to URL toggle where you can turn on/off the option.
Note: This setting is enabled by default. If you wish to disable it, change that to "No".
