We will be performing a planned system upgrade for
Saturday, May 1st 2021, from 6 pm to 8 pm AEST
During this planned system upgrade window there will be a period of downtime where your messages will not be able to be delivered and access to the platform and API will not be possible. As such we do not recommend that you schedule any outbound campaigns within this window.
New IP ranges for API Callbacks
For our clients that are whitelisting our callback IP addresses you will need to whitelist all our new IP ranges before May 1st so that you do not experience any issues with callbacks sent to your webhooks if the below IP ranges have not been allowed.
Custom Track Link Update
The IP address your A record points to in your DNS zone will change. Instead of pointing it to 22.214.171.124. You will need to replace this IP address with 126.96.36.199.
It is important that you do not make this change to your A record before May 1st at 6pm AEST because the IP address will only change after this planned system upgrade has been completed.
