1. You can select multiple recipients from your FAVOURITES list by clicking on the recipients name.
2. You can also hover your mouse pointer over the recipients name to view the phone number in cases where you have recipients with the same name. Also to display a highlighted company name or other data, use custom fields. The first custom field information will be displayed just below the name.
3. If you have a lot of recipients you can click on the SEARCH tab to find recipients in your favourites and other contact lists.
