Hard bounces are numbers that have been disconnected.
To remove these numbers from your list you can click on the DELETE HARD BOUNCES link from the BOUNCED tab in the report.
NB: Contacts deleted in this way will be re-activated if you re-add them to the list. To suppress them permanently you should export the hard bounce list and import it to the Global Opt Out list.
