You can set up a list based auto-reply. This sends an SMS to a person when they are added to a list. Whether they are added manually, via a web form or via a keyword, the person will receive an SMS automatically.
1. Click on CONTACTS
2. Click the list you would like to set up automation on.
3. Click on Automation
4. Enabled Auto-Replies YES
5. Enter your message
6. Select your SENDER ID (In this example use shared number option is selected)
7. Click on SAVE button
